Grant Gardens is a West Virginia residential treatment provider serving adolescents with complex emotional, behavioral, and mental health needs. Through its relationship-focused and trauma-informed approach, the organization provides intensive residential services, individualized clinical care, family engagement, and specialized programming designed to help youth achieve stability and maintain connections with their families and communities.
