Blueprints is a private, non-profit corporation committed to providing safe nurturing places for children in need and dedicated to the growth, development, and empowerment of individuals and families for healthier communities. Blueprints is a licensed child placing agency which provides foster care for abused and/or neglected children from birth through 21 years of age. In addition, we provide family visitation and behavioral health services for children and families in West Virginia.
