Do What's RIGHT for WV's Kids!
Stop the elimination of current services for children with various developmental needs, trauma histories and behavioral symptoms. Changes are set to take place 7/01/2016 when the WV Department of Health and Human Resources will discontinue the bundled service funding and reimbursement system for Residential Treatment of at-risk children. West Virginia's children need access to a full continuum of treatment options including Residential Treatment. These are children that need us to fight for them. Contact Governor Tomblin, WVDHHR Secretary Karen Bowling, county judges and legislators in your district by visiting www.legis.state.wv.us/Districts. Tell them to do what's RIGHT for West Virginia's most vulnerable at-risk children! Ensure Residential Treatment is available for the kids who need us most!
